Zimmer MEP TIGER 402 CNC HR 4.0 RC metal circular saw for aluminium

TIGER 402 CNC HR 4.0 RC, automatic electromechanical vertical circular saw for the use of carbide saw blades to perform serial cuts with automatic mitre adjustment between 45° right to 45° left.
The machine also works in semi-automatic cycle. CNC - automatic machine with multi-microprocessor and with two controlled axes, which allow to program up to 32 different cutting programs of different cutting lengths and number of pieces for the same material thickness.

• Display with 48 characters x 16 lines to show the technical parameters such as:
• saw blade speed - number of programmed and executed cuts
• Saw blade thickness - feed length - cutting time - ammeter - display of approx. 80
• Diagnostic messages and warnings, all in the respective user language.
• Three-stage gearbox to ensure high strength and precision and a high chip removal capacity.
• The model is equipped with a complete housing to achieve three important objectives:
• Operator safety (during the work cycle, a device prevents intervention and the opening is locked in time).
• Sound insulation
• The possibility to work with a large quantity of coolant (120 l/min) to cool down, to continuously rinse the worktable, to convey the chips in the unloading side, thus ensuring a longer life of the saw blades.
• In order to obtain a high production capacity of round and square material, the machine can be equipped with a CB 6001 barre magazine.

• Polyester membrane keyboard with thermoformed highlighted push-buttons and actuation control signal
• Stroke path of the saw head can be programmed directly from the control panel, for adaptation to the cutting material.

• The saw blade is driven by a motor with two speeds of 1400 and 2800 rpm, thus always obtaining the best cutting performance.
• Base frame with chip drawer, which can also be replaced by a motorised chip conveyor. (see special accessories)

• Counterholder for double locking of the workpiece.
