Zimmer MEP TIGER 352 NC 5.0 Metal circular saw fully automatic

Electro-pneumatic, vertical, linear guided automatic sawing machine for the use of HSS saw blades to perform serial cuts from 60° left to 45° right on steel. Numerically controlled sawing machine with the new MEP-50 Windows-based control. Easy operation and control of all cutting parameters in real time. The machine also works in semi-automatic cycle. Material feed with stepping motor via ball screws mounted on opposite ball bearings; single stroke 600 mm - repeatable to saw any length. Simple programming - enter cutting length and number of pieces and press "START".

The machine also works in semi-automatic cycle. CNC automatic machine with multiprocessor and two axes controlled by MEP control, latest generation, which allows to program 1000 different cutting programs for the same material thickness, each with different cutting length and number of pieces.

• New centralised control panel on an articulated arm, so that operators can easily reach the emergency stop from any working position.
• NEW: Field bus communication system (Modbus protocol) with double microprocessor and serial connection.
• Display with 20 characters x 4 lines to show the following technical parameters: + saw band speed + number of cuts programmed and executed + saw band thickness + feed length + cutting time + ammeter + display of over 100 diagnostic messages and warnings
• NEW: Display and registration of the alarm and error messages with the possibility of displaying the incidents that occurred.
• NEW: Material feed of 600 mm with stepping motor and ball screw mounted on opposed ball bearings.
• NEW: Electronic inverter for the continuous regulation of the belt speed from 15 - 90 rpm (Optional from 30 to 150 rpm)
• NEW: Low voltage control panel: polyester membrane keyboard with thermoformed and highlighted push-buttons and actuation control signal.
• Double gear set for high sawing capacity.
• The saw head slides on double ball recirculating linear guides.
• Coaxial cylinder with by-pass valve for rapid approach and potentiometric linear transducer for determining the position of the head.
• Stroke of the saw blade programmable directly from the control panel, to adapt to the material being cut.
• Adaptive control of the cutting force.
• Rotary table with central pin and thrust bearing for precise execution of the set mitre cuts.
• Pneumatic vertical vice.
• Electric coolant pump to cool and lubricate the saw blade.
