Electro-hydraulic semi-automatic band saw SHARK 282 SXI EVO with semi-automatic-dynamic, manual function, has MEP-28 control for mitre cuts from 45° right to 60° left. MEP 30 represents the latest generation of controls.
- Low voltage control panel: polyester membrane keyboard with thermoformed, highlighted push-buttons and actuation control signal
- IP55 switch handle of the manual 24 V cycle

- New hydraulic control unit with low energy consumption - stand-by-mode
- Large work surface with turntable mounted on 265 mm roller bearings, with pre-tensioned thrust bearing
- Saw blade stroke can be programmed directly from the control panel to adjust the cutting material
- Clamping device can be moved laterally to the left and right, with quick clamping vice
- Manual belt tension control with display on the screen by means of electronic converter
- Hydraulic power unit with high efficiency electrovalve and high pressure hydraulic pump (200 bar)
- Electrical control of the machine with new generation micro-control
- Electrical system centralised in the main control box
- Display of alarms, diagnostics and functions of the machine (cutting time, number of pieces cut, current consumption of the saw band motor, position of the saw head, saw band speed, band tension)
- Function dynamic operation via hand switch as standard
Semi-automatic function:
- Vise closes and motor starts
- Saw head lowers for cutting
- Motor switches off
- Saw head lifts
- Vise opens
Semi-automatic dynamic system:
- Manual lowering of the saw blade to the desired position
- Cycle start via the hand switch
- Upper position is automatically saved
