Zimmer MEP SHARK 281 NC 5.0 Fully automatic band saw

Fully automatic electro-hydraulic bandsaw with multi-microprocessors and additional semi-automatic, semi-automatic-dynamic and manual functions, for cuts from 0° to 60° left.
NC automatic machine with two controlled axes that allow to program 1000 different cutting programs for the same material thickness, each with different cutting length and number of pieces. Semi-automatic dynamic system (manual lowering of the saw blade to the desired position and cycle start by means of the manual pushbutton). Manual or semi-automatic dynamic cycle to perform cuts directly without programming.

• New fieldbus communication system (Modbus protocol)
• Display with 20 characters x 4 lines to show the technical parameters such as:
• saw band speed - number of programmed and executed cuts - saw band thickness - feed length - cutting time - ammeter - band tension - display of (approx. 100)diagnostic messages and warnings, all in the user's language.
• Display and registration of the alarm and error messages with the possibility of displaying the events that have occurred.
• automatic parameter setting via control system in case a new driver or inverter is installed.
• Electronic inverter for the continuous regulation of the belt speed from 15 to 100 m/min
• New hydraulic control unit of the latest generation, highly efficient and with low energy consumption.
• New 600 mm material feeder with stepping motor and ball screw mounted on opposite ball bearings.
• Saw blade stroke programmable directly from the control panel, to adapt to the material to be cut.
• Electronic band tension control.
• Automatic control of the cutting load by a servo valve mounted directly on the cylinder.
• The coolant trough (equipped with 2 electric pumps for lubrication and cooling of the saw blade) is built into the base frame.
• Chip drawer (can be replaced by a chip conveyor - see special accessories)
• Preparation for the installation of the minimum lubrication kit of the saw blade (optional), in addition to the traditional standard lubrication with emulsion oil.
• Chip removal brush.
• Bi-metal saw blade for solid and profiled material.
• Tools and instructions for use.
