Semi-automatic circular saw for sawing solid and hollow aluminium materials and light alloys with electro-welded carbide toothed disc. Three phase, 2 speeds.

Basic equipment:​

• Machine for mitre cuts from 45° right to 45° left.
• The alignment of the vertical line allows the possibility of sawing operations with head inclined between 0° and 45° left.
• * MEP represents the latest generation of controls designed for semi-automatic machines with microprocessors with only one axis.
• CHARACTERISTICS: Carried out at the start of the cycle: - Vise closes and motor starts - Saw head lowers for cutting - Motor stops - Saw head rises - Vise opens.
• New - Display with 16 characters x 2 lines to show the following technical parameters: + number of cuts made + cutting time + ammeter + display of over 100 diagnostic messages and warnings
• New - Display and registration of alarm and error messages with the possibility of displaying the incidents that have occurred. 

Electrical equipment:​

• New - Low voltage switchboard: polyester membrane keyboard with thermoformed and highlighted push-buttons and actuation control signal.
• Saw blade stroke programmable directly from the control panel, to adapt to the cutting material.
• Turntable with ball bearings to ensure easy and accurate rotation.
• Clamping system consisting of two frontal vices that can be freely arranged along the longitudinal axis of the parts.
• Adjustable mechanical stops for quick positioning of the head in the angular positions at 0° and 45° right and left.
• Chip scraper with preparation for OPTIONAL suction system.
• Automatic saw-disc lubrication system, operating only at the start of the cut.
• Machine is supplied without saw blade.
• Preparation for installation of the minimum lubrication kit of the saw blade (OPTIONAL), in addition to the standard standard lubrication with emulsion oil.
