Automatic cross-cut saw with semi-automatic function for sawing aluminium and light alloys. Mitre cuts from 45° right to 45° left and saw head 0°-45° tiltable to the left. Numerically controlled sawing machine with the new MEP-50 Windows-based control. Easy operation and control of all cutting parameters in real time. Material feed with stepping motor via ball screws mounted on opposite ball bearings; single stroke 600 mm - repeatable to saw any length. Simple programming - enter cutting length and number of pieces and press "START". The control is carried out by multi-microprocessors, while two NC-controlled axes make it possible to program 1000 different cutting programs for the same material, each with a different number of pieces and length.

• New centralised control panel on an articulated arm, so that the machine can be easily operated from any working position and the emergency stop button can be pressed at any time.
• Field bus communication system with double microprocessor and serial connection.
• Display with 20 characters x 4 lines to show the following technical parameters: number of programmed and executed cuts, saw blade thickness, feed length, cutting time, ammeter, display of over 100 diagnostic messages and warnings.
• New - display and registration of alarm and error messages with the possibility of displaying the occurred events. New - Material feed of 600 mm with cutting motor and ball screw mounted on opposite ball bearings.
• New - Low voltage control panel: polyester membrane keyboard with thermoformed and highlighted push buttons and actuation signal.
• Saw blade stroke programmable directly from the control panel, to adapt to the material to be cut.
• Ball bearing mounted turntable to ensure easy and accurate rotation.
• Clamping system consisting of two vices arranged on the front side, which can be freely arranged along the longitudinal axis of the parts.
• Adjustable mechanical stops for quick positioning of the head in the angular positions at 0 and 45 degrees right and left.
