The machine is suitable for deburring cut edges on: Round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, solid materials, profiles of all kinds.
Materials: Steel hard or soft, non-ferrous metals, plastics.
Work sequence: After setting the workpiece support and the lateral stops, the burr workpiece is held lightly against the brush, which rotates around its own axis, without turning the workpiece; the brush also makes this movement. The workpiece material, the burr thickness and the desired edge rounding determine the contact pressure and the contact time, usually approx. 1-5 seconds.
