Extremely robust, very powerful, semi-automatic cutting cycle, high throughput - DI bandsaws are designed for efficient, precise cutting of medium to large cross-sections and for bundle processing of bar material. Ideal e.g. for structural and civil engineering, heavy engineering, pipeline, boiler and heat exchanger construction etc. Special roller conveyors on DI models facilitate the handling of heavy bar material (special accessory).
Sizes and cutting quality
DI band saw machines are available up to a maximum cutting range of 700x515 mm. All DI models are equipped with a cutting pressure control and allow the saw frame feed to be adapted to the material - ideal, for example, for thin-walled pipes. The 650 DI and 700 DI models have a continuously adjustable speed regulator to optimise the cutting speed.
420 DI - 60-0-60°
Semi-automatic double mitre band saw with very high throughput, cutting sizes up to 550x400 mm. Infinitely variable speed, mitre adjustment on both sides up to 60°.
