Highly efficient series production
Clamping - Enter cutting dimension - Start. Automatic saws with feed are a standard for rational series processing of bar and bundle material. Due to the simple material handling, the automatic saws 315 and 380 pay off even for single cuts and small series. They are available with CNC1 single dimension control or with CNC9 program control.

CNC9 - Select and start program
The material is fed continuously with equal or variable cut-off lengths. Up to 9 cutting programs with 99 individual steps each are possible. The system stops automatically at the end of the bar or piece count. An excellent cutting solution for series with different cut-off lengths - ideal for cutting entire product groups. With the CNC9 control, CNC1 single dimension cutting is also possible at any time.

Sizes and cutting quality
The automatic saws 315 and 380 allow the processing of cutting sizes up to 280x210 or 320x290 mm. They have two speed levels. A continuously adjustable cutting speed regulator is available as an optional extra. All models are equipped with a cutting pressure control SDS to optimize the saw frame feed.

390 A CNC - CNC9, 320x290 mm
Fully automatic bandsaw for mitre cuts with material feeding, CNC1 single dimension control, cutting sizes up to 280x210 mm. Very high throughput capacity, two speed levels, one-sided mitre up to 60°. With modern control electronics, hydraulic power pack and components to control the material trolley, quick-action vice and saw frame functions. User-friendly control panel with cutting pressure control, membrane keys, operating and warning indicators.

Material feed and cutting cycle
The automatic saws are fed by means of a hydraulically driven material trolley with an attached quick-clamping vice. After entering the dimensions or selecting the program at the control and starting the cutting cycle, the bar or bundle material is fed to the cutting system with accurate dimensions and clamped to its quick-action vice. After the cutting process, the material carriage is automatically reset and the workpiece is released. The next cutting cycle follows. The fully automatic sequence can be interrupted and resumed at any time.
