The gearbox is built with traditional and tested technology for highest possible torque. Helical gears in combination with steel against reinforced fibre material give high efficiency, low noise level, long life and a nearly maintenance free gearbox.

Drill head: The drill head can be swivelled 360° around the column and is adjustable in height.
Spindle gear: Helical gears in combination of steel against reinforced fibre material give high efficiency, low noise level, long life and almost maintenance-free gear.
Feed gear: The feed gear is equipped with an automatic overload protection, which starts if the drilling pressure is too high. When the set drilling depth is reached, the spindle automatically returns to the starting position. The feed can also be interrupted manually.
Table: Stable, rotating table made of high-quality cast iron. The table is equipped with T-slots and a coolant channel. The stable table arm can be swivelled 360° around the column. The table can be adjusted to the desired working height with an easily accessible crank.
Drilling spindle: The drilling spindle ensures the optimal concentricity of the tool through its adjustable tapered rollers or ball bearings. The machine has an adjustable spindle return spring. Thus the return force can be adapted to the weight of the tool.
