The PREMIUM CU series allows the cutting speed to be precisely matched to the material and turning diameter - particularly advantageous for non-ferrous metals, plastics and for the perfect surface finish on precision parts and fits.

Interesting special features are the R/L control units mounted on the tool slides, by means of which the clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the turning spindle is easily controlled. They replace the indexing shafts usually found on universal lathes.

Efficient handling is provided by electromechanical spindle brakes for super-fast turning spindle stopping. The leadscrews are equipped with overload protection.
