Field of application

Flexible use for MIG/MAG, TIG DC and MMA. Continuous or pulsed operation (MIG/MAG / TIG), ideal e.g. for thin aluminium, stainless steel and precision seams.

MIG/MAG synergy programmes and functions:

19 optimised MIG/MAG synergy programmes, simple selection according to material type, gas type and wire diameter.
- Operating modes normal, SYN or PULSED 2- or 4-stroke, spot welding time 0 - 10 s, no gas/filler wire welding
- MOTOR SLOPE: Soft-start wire feed 0 - 1.5 s
- ARC CONTROL: Arc throttling 0 - 11 (Inductance)
- BBT: Wire burnback 1 - 10
- POST GAS: GAs post-flow time 0 - 5 s
- 4-cycle: END POWER 30 - 100 %, 0.2 - 2 s for crater filling

TIG functions

- LIFT TIG ignition function
- Operating modes normal or TIG IMPULSE, 2- or 4-cycle
