CPTX-I INDUSTRIAL devices with inverter technology
CPTX-INDUSTRY units offer maximum welding performance at 100% duty cycle in the MIG/MAG (up to max. 500 amps) and DC STICK/MMA/E manual range (up to max. 400 amps), are highly resilient in flexible continuous operation and have a sufficient range of characteristic curves for processing fine to heavy plates in the steel, stainless steel and chrome-nickel range.
Synergy programme for perfect welding
In addition to standard programs such as 2-cycle, 4-cycle, 4-cycle with start & end crater current, 4-cycle with end crater current repetition and spot welding function, the arc welder also has access to proven synergy programs that speed up the setting process and optimise the wire feed.
The CPTX fulfils the highest demands on the repeatability of welding processes and enables welding parameters to be clearly defined for inclusion in a quality assurance system.
On the software side, the series extension offers both solid wire and cored wire programmes as well as the option of saving up to 30 individual jobs.
The machines are primarily orientated towards the energy-saving EU Directive 2009/125/EC and the corresponding 'Ecodesign requirements for welding equipment'.
Flexible freedom for arc welders
The feed and control unit of the CPTX-I models is designed to be rotatable, can be easily removed for positioning on the welding table and is equipped with a 2 m intermediate hosepack. Reaches of up to 20 m can be achieved with an additionally available intermediate hose package. The additional equipment with a wheel set is particularly ideal for long welding distances in steel construction, on assembly lines and on construction sites.
Hosepack with liquid cooling
A hosepack with liquid cooling provides optimum cooling of the welding torch even at maximum welding power and duty cycle. Ideal for use in series production.
