Ingenious concept for production
MKS RLSS-N metal circular saws are an ideal solution for variable single or small series cutting of bar material. The machines offer two speed levels for hard and soft materials. The gear head can be adjusted to a new mitre angle within seconds - thanks to a centrally located machine bearing with quick angle clamp.
Smooth, almost burr-free cut
The precisely mounted drive axle ensures precise concentricity of the saw blade and a smooth cutting pattern. The workpiece is clamped with the double quick-clamping vice on both sides of the interface and cut through almost burr-free.
Customized sizes
MKS RLSS-N metal circular saws are available in three sizes for a cutting range of 95x55 mm, 100x70 mm or 115x70 mm. Especially interesting: SUPER-SET ACTION.
Tech-Info Zero-voltage release
The zero voltage release of a machine is a safety mechanism. It prevents uncontrolled restarting of the machine drive when power is restored, e.g. after a power failure.
The start button is automatically deactivated when the voltage drops. It must be pressed again to continue operation after the power returns.
Zero voltage trip - Possible causes:
- Mains power failure or shutdown
- Response of an upstream mains fuse
- Response of a motor protection switch
- Emergency stop button operated
- Start button defective
