Through the ongoing automation and improvement of our manufacturing processes, as well as the use of reliable manufacturing components, we achieve a high level of efficiency in the manufacture of our products. The optimised design is characterised by a low number of ergonomically easily accessible wear parts and results in reduced operating costs.
MSA design
The MSA models are fully automatic compressed air control centres for distribution networks in trade and industry. Versions with 10 or 13 bar are available.
- MSA base frame model
- MSA ‘B’ incl. 270 or 500 litre compressed air tank
- MSA ‘DF’ additionally incl. MDX refrigeration dryer, pre- and fine filter and centralised condensate drainage
MSA ES 3000 energy-saving programme
The ES 3000 reduces the idle time depending on the compressed air consumption and the permitted engine starts per hour through optimised overrun time control.
- Management of all operating settings
- Control and regulation of the compressor, incl. display of load and idle times
- Fault signalling
- Automatic switch-off in the event of a fault
- Information about maintenance due
- Reduces energy costs
- Digital pressure band setting possible
