Multifunctional
SPS professional steel shears are versatile and are among the most important machines for serial metal processing. They enable the safe and precise processing of sheet metal and the rapid cutting of profiles with maximum repeat accuracy.
Top equipment
SPS profile steel shears are very well equipped and can be used immediately on all processing stations (Plug&Play). They have a punch and die system suitable for MUBEA tools, a round and square steel blade, angle shears and a flat steel blade. Models with five processing stations are equipped with a rectangular notching knife (notching thickness max. from 8 to 16 mm).
High pressure, high stroke rate
The hydraulically driven SPS profile steel shears have a high pressure force, from 40 to 175 tonnes depending on the model. Models from SPS 65 upwards are particularly powerful double-piston machines that enable simultaneous punching and notching. With maximum cycle rates of 20 to 25 strokes per minute, the machines enable a rapid sequence of hole punching - ideal for single and series punching, e.g. for slotted holes. The precise cutting of round steel (SPS 175 max. Ø 65 mm), square steel (max. 55 mm), angle steel (max. 200 x 20 mm) and flat steel (max. 380 x 30 mm) is carried out on special processing stations. Ergonomic handling
Idelae working height, smooth-running quick-clamping elements, easy tool changes and convenient central lubrication characterise the virtually maintenance-free SPS models as ergonomically operable top products. The punching or cutting process is triggered simply and safely using the foot pedal of a mobile operating column. Models from SPS 65 upwards are equipped with a machine lamp with magnetic base - ideal for good visibility during precise punching work. An electromagnetic backgauge offers maximum efficiency for serial cutting to length.
Special accessories
All SPS models can be upgraded with special punch and die systems and with special knives for U, I and T steel. Particularly interesting: Functional extensions from SPS 45 with bar bending tool and from SPS 65 with sheet metal bending tool.
