Heavy duty hydraulic swing cut shears
The proven, hydraulic swing cut shears HGD were developed for the precise processing of heavy plates, but are also optimal for the suitable for thin sheets. The machine body consists of a heavy, tension-free Monobloc steel frame. It withstands high loads and retains its stiffness even at maximum machine capacity - prerequisite for a very good cut quality. The particularly strong, non-twisting cutter bar allows Operation with flat cutting angle - the twisting of narrow sheet metal sections is reduced to minimum values. High-alloy Special steel knives from German quality production offer a light, clean cut. HGD swing-cut shears are equipped with an automatic cut-Gap and stroke adjustment upgradeable (CNC HGD, 999 cutting programs). Further special accessories available for function extension.
