UNIVERSAL METAL BAND SAW
EasyCut 275.230 DG is a universal gravity band saw with a robust cast iron saw frame and saw band with a height of 27 mm. Precise guidance of the saw band, saw frame joint placed in pre-stressed tapered roller bearings and synchronously running brush for removing chips are good prerequisites for effective performance of the machine and long saw band life. The pressure into the cut is ensured by the saw frame's own weight. The lowering speed of the saw frame is continuously controlled by a hydraulic cylinder with overflow valve. After cutting the material and switching off the saw band, the saw frame is lifted manually. The saw band is driven by an industrial two-speed drive with worm gear.
