CBN COATED GRINDING WHEELS

Deliver sensational sharpening results at very high speed and this without annealing. The special thermal conductivity of CBN (bornite crystals) dissipates the frictional heat generated into the wheel, thus preventing hardening of the cutting edge and virtually eliminating sparking. CBN has a higher thermal stability than diamond and is ideal for sharpening HSS tools due to less wear.

DBG - 3 IN 1

The drill grinding machine of the DBG series is used for grinding twist drills made of HSS and carbide. Grinding stations are integrated in the machine for grinding the point angle, the clearance angle and for cross grinding.

Special CBN or SDC diamond grinding wheels are used, depending on the drill material.

SDC COATED GRINDING WHEELS

Metal-coated synthetic diamond for sharpening for carbide drills.
