Proven procedure: MIG brazing
The DIGI-MIG DMS 250 provides optimum welding current for MIG brazing, which is frequently used in car body, machine and steel construction. Thin sheets - whether galvanised, phosphated, uncoated or stainless steel - are permanently joined at low brazing temperatures. Advantages: Low distortion, reduced structural changes, as well as cathodic protection effect with galvanized steel sheet, furthermore, the finishing of the weld seam is simplified. Copper soldering wire CuSi3 is used. The soldering point is protected by means of mixed gas C2 consisting of 98 % Ar and 2 % CO2.

Optimum wire feed
After selecting a synergy program and the parameters welding power, wire thickness and material/shielding gas, synergetic characteristics are applied for an optimal, automatic wire feed.
