Automatic metal band saw with manual mitre adjustment
Automatic band saw with NC control. After programming the piece length and number of pieces, the whole working cycle is carried out. The nominal length of the material to be cut can be easily set on the freely positionable control panel. The biggest advantage of this machine is the possibility of programming different number of pieces of the material to be cut with different lengths without the need of further control of the machine. The feed vice, mounted on the linear guides, is opened on both sides, thus avoiding collisions when cutting uneven material. The minimum residual piece in automatic mode is 180 mm. The basic equipment of the machine includes two saw band speeds, 40 and 80 m/min.
