Ring bending at its best
Simple bending radius or complete full circle - the APK ring bending machines enable the precise rolling in of bar materials such as flat, square, round, tubular and shaped steel.

High-quality drive solution
The heart of each APK model is a powerful drive motor with a long-life reduction gear. The feed and return of the drive rollers is controlled from a mobile control panel with a double foot pedal. The roller gear - with quality bearings and specially hardened gear wheels - is protected against overload by a slip clutch.

Precise roll-in straightening systems
The APK ring bending machines are equipped with two or three hardened drive rollers. The roll bending radius is adjusted by one or two mechanically or hydraulically precisely adjustable adjusting rollers. Two side-mounted, mechanically adjustable straightening shafts provide the highest roll-in accuracy.

Roller sets
The APK models are equipped with a standard roller set for flat, square and T-steel. Special roller sets for round and tube steel, shaped steel and angle steel as well as special straightening aids are available as special accessories.
