Powerful, motor-driven beading machines
The proven AKM 2.5 mm and AKM 4.0 mm beading machines are mainly used in industrial plant and ventilation construction as well as in plumbing and insulation companies. Thanks to a motor power of 1,500 or 2,200 watts, they enable the processing of flat or cylindrically shaped thin and medium sheets up to 2.5 or 4.0 mm. Both machines are equipped with three easily exchangeable roll forming sets. Thanks to a shaft length of 260 mm and an adjustable depth stop, it is also possible to produce deep-set stiffening profiles. Both steel shafts are in heavy-duty precise bronze slide bearings. The infeed of the follower roll is carried out by means of a mechanical adjusting device. For sheet thicknesses of 2 mm and more, the use of a hydraulically adjustable follower roll is recommended (special accessory).
