Features Bernardo PTO 04/120 Protection device for lathe
- Extraordinarily robust protective hood for lathes with chuck diameter up to 1000 mm. This protective hood has a screen which can be opened either completely or partially. The hood protects the operator from direct contact with the rotating chuck, hot chips and coolant splashes
- The stable design of the support structure (1), which is fully adjustable in the "X-Y" direction, allows easy attachment to the rear of the lathe and, if necessary, to the front as well
- The semi-circular protection screen is divided into two sections and allows for optional opening, either only at the front (6) or completely by pivoting it completely back
- The protective hood is equipped with a double safety microswitch
