The model CGS 330 VAG is a fully automatic mitre band saw (up to 60°) with extensive equipment (such as PLC control, infinitely variable band speed, automatic band breakage control,....). The integrated PLC control enables predefinition of the required number of pieces and cutting length, which ensures economical series production.

• Fully automatic mode of operation including automatic saw arm lifting
• Torsion-free, strongly dimensioned saw arm for precise cutting results
• Swivelling saw arm for mitre cuts up to 60
• PLC control with programme memory locations for entering the required number of pieces and cutting length, with automatic limit stop at the end of the programme
• For cutting profiles, pipes, solid iron and non-ferrous materials
• Adjustable hydraulic cylinder for regulating the support pressure of the saw bow
• Optimum power transmission to the impeller by means of hardened and ground worm shaft and worm wheel
• Infinitely variable adjustment of cutting speed from 10 - 60 m/min by means of frequency converter
• Saw band guidance via combined roller-jaw guide system with carbide inserts
• Automatic band breakage control stops the machine in case of band breakage
