With the K 470 Plus, ZARGES is pursuing an innovative packaging concept: a two-part transport system consisting of an upper part and a lower part. This means that elements of different heights can be combined with each other, creating many possible variations.
- Two-part transport system, consisting of top and bottom part.
- Can be flexibly combined thanks to 2 basic dimensions that can be combined with top sections of different heights.
- Easy and ergonomic access to the contents via the lid or by removing the top part. This reduces the lifting movement and makes it possible to operate equipment in the crate.
- Stackable to the K 470 series.
- Customised versions on request.
- Removable top and lid equipped with all-round seal.
- Lid with stainless steel hinges and circumferential foamed-in seal.
- 2 basic sizes (550 x 350 mm and 750 x 550 mm) available as standard, special sizes possible, please enquire.
- Depending on height, all-round beading and corner beading for additional dimensional stability.
- Stackable universal box made of aluminium.
- Safe stackability due to stacking corners made of cast aluminium.
- Profile joints fully welded.
- Folding locks: Can be secured with a plug lock, lead seals, spring lock or padlock (max. shackle thickness 6 mm).
- Clearance dimension approx. 30 mm less than inside dimension (length and width). Special sizes on request.
- ZARGES Comfort handles for ergonomic handling and loads up to 50 kg.
- ZARGES Comfort lock for ergonomic handling and extremely long service life.
